Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has vowed that Russia will not succeed in its war against Ukraine.

According to Zelensky, Russian armed forces have deployed over 1,100 rockets, many aerial bombs, and artillery on Ukraine in the last two months.

The president said this in his nightly video speech, which was released on Telegram late Monday.

In his words, “But they have achieved nothing. And they will achieve nothing.’’

The Ukrainian president added that Russian units had not seen a crumb of support in the east of the country, which they had very much counted on.

“In Kherson, Kakhovka, Melitopol, Enerhodar or other cities occupied by Russian troops, people did not bow to the Russian armed forces,” Zelensky said.
