The Police Prosecutor, Insp. Courage Ekhueorohan, told the court that Arisekola committed the offence on Feb. 18, at No 10, Oladusu Sanusi St., Ilasamaja Surulere, Lagos.

He said that the complainant Opete insisted that Arisekola stole the injector and made a report at the station.

The Magistrate, Mrs M.I. Dan-Oni, granted Arisekola bail in the sum of N50,000 with one responsible surety in like sum.

Dan-Oni said that the surety must be gainfully employed and show evidence of tax payment to the Lagos State Government.
