Clean Technology Hub to Host Ground-breaking Student Climate Summit

Clean Technology Hub has  announced its inaugural Nigerian Students’ Climate Summit, which will be held in Abuja on June 6, 2024. This bold move will catalyse climate action and empower the next environmental stewards.

Clean Technology Hub presents the Summit in collaboration with the Department of Science, Technology, and Innovation under the Federal Capital Territory Authority Education Secretariat and with generous support from the Skoll Foundation.

The Nigerian Students’ Climate Summit aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to tackle the pressing challenges of climate change. By bringing together young minds from across Nigeria, the summit will foster a dynamic exchange of ideas, nurture innovation, and cultivate a sense of collective responsibility for our planet’s future.

A key summit highlight is the Clean Tech Innovation Challenge, inviting students to develop and pitch innovative solutions to real-world environmental problems. This exciting competition will provide a platform for students to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit.
