President Muhammadu Buhari has decorated Chief of Army Staff, Farouk Yahaya, with the Lieutenant-General rank at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Assisted by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Buhari performed the brief ceremony just before the week’s Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting.
