The stroke left him paralyzed, with the inability to move his legs and walk independently, as half of his body was affected.

The actor recounted the unfortunate day when he had just finished a film shoot with colleagues such as Emeka Ani, Patience Ozokwo, Rita Edochie, and Ebele Okaro.

He said as he was preparing to leave the set, he was suddenly struck by a debilitating stroke, which has continued to worsen over time.

The actor revealed that he urgently needs medications that have run out at the hospital and is facing severe swelling and difficulties in eating due to his paralysis.

This is coming days after another Nollywood legend, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, cried to the public for financial assistance to prevent his leg from being amputated.
